’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Liz Woods Shows Off New Boyfriend on Instagram
Liz Woods is making it Instagram official. The 90 Day Fiancé star recently took to social media to show off her new boyfriend following her breakup with fellow cast member Big Ed Brown.

Liz has been hinting for months that she has a new man in her life. Starting in early 2024, she began sharing photos of a mystery man on her social media.
“His stubborn princess,” she captioned a photo of a man tying her shoes posted to her Instagram Story in January. Other posts showed them attending a wedding together, going on brunch dates, and enjoying other activities together.
Until recently, Liz has kept her new boyfriend’s face off of her main Instagram feed. But on June 17, she posted a carousel of photos prominently featuring her and her new man, who is believed to be named Jayson.
“You!!!” she captioned the post.
The photos show a beaming Liz and Jayson hand-in-hand in Times Square, posing with her daughter Ryleigh, and smiling at a formal event.
Liz says her new boyfriend is nothing like Big Ed
Liz and Big Ed’s rollercoaster relationship played out across multiple seasons of various 90 Day Fiancé spinoffs. The now-former couple are currently appearing in 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Season 8. It’s chronicled their 15th – and apparently final – breakup, which happened shortly before their planned wedding and was sparked by an argument over taco pasta.
Liz’s new romance is a far cry from the tumultuous one she had with Ed, she said in a recent interview with ET.
“He said if I ever speak to you the way that Ed has ever spoken to you, you better go tell my family and walk away from me right away,” she said of her current boyfriend. “He said I don’t ever have to worry about feeling the way that I did and that he’ll always grow with me as a person, and he’s actually been by my side and allowed me to heal and grow as a person without asking me to change one thing. He’s allowed me to go through every emotion.”
“Yeah, so when he found out [Ed was my ex] it was a lot to take in, but he’s been nothing but like a blanket for me,” she added.
Ed wonders if Liz’s new relationship will last
Though Ed and Liz have broken up, he told ET that he’s met her boyfriend, whom he called “a hunk.”
“Guy’s a pretty good-looking guy, I’m very happy I met them. I have met the guy, you know, he’s really nice. I think they’re within one or two years apart [in age],” he said.
While Ed says he’s “happy” for his ex, he did admit that he has some reservations about her new relationship.
“[M]y concern is we all have things that we need to work on and deal with and if we don’t they’re gonna rear their ugly head and that’s my fear is that it’s not gonna … it won’t last because Liz will not have dealt with the same things that I have to deal with,” he said.
“Liz has had a really hard life, you know, my mistake was that I thought I could fix her, I could change her, and I also realize you can’t,” he added.
